It’s not up to prime time (for me)

I was trying to use Acumbamail to replace AWeber and its annual fees. Unfortunately I am not going to be able to use this product to do that.
Using their difficult to follow instructions after a day I finally figured out how to create an opt-in form for my website page. Great! But when I pasted the HTML into my WordPress site the form was nowhere near what I had designed in the app.The words for the opt-in were not even the same.,
I asked for help and the first thing Acumbamail tech support did was send me a link to “How to” even though I thought I had explained the issue and what my needs were. Since they responded, I gave them step by step instructions to what my issues were. That was two days ago.
As a solopreneur I don’t have time for this. The apps I use need to be easy to use right out of the box. So, I am returning it right after I leave this review.
Since tech support did initially respond I am giving them a two-taco rating instead of a one-taco rating.
