Local Rank Tracker Reviews

As a rank tracker, it's okay, but I was hoping for more features than simply rank tracking, and the GBP management tools aren't super relevant to me. I guess what I was hoping for was something similar to BrightLocal, but it's not there yet. I had a small bug, but support was good and resolved it quickly.

If all you need is a rank tracker, it's a good LTD option instead of monthly fees. Same thing if you need a GBP management tool, otherwise, for doing Local SEO, it's only rank tracker that's relevant, so in its current state, it's a bit limited in functionality.

Have 2 emails with Google emails with profiles I tried connecting and finally got one connected, but none are available or showing to import. Connected the other, no profiles showing. Giving 2 tacos for now

I'm not sure how close tie compares to AHrefs or SEMRush. I'm very familiar with both of these tools, but I'm not seeing a strong feature relationship between them and Rating Captain "Local Rank Tracker".

When I first saw the images of this tool, I though it was more like BrightLocal or GridMyBusiness, but it's not there yet.

I read in a Q&A here if this was like BrightLocal and the founder responded "We don’t have a direct comparison with BrightLocal". This is 90% true. This tool is not that, but more of a GMB social media manager... Which is great, but a bit misleading based on the image.

The reports are lacking and reflect a basic spreadsheet view only. Map images or other visuals like graphs are not included in the reports.

The group feature is not there yet. I'm unable to view, for example, 3 same business, different location, GMB's where I can view them all in the group mode. I would have thought I'd be able to see each individual map ranking status all in one spot, but not so. It's useless.

Many of the group features in general do not work with the sidebar menu items.

I think if they integrate a true BrightLocal feature and get the group items and reports optimized, this might be a worthwhile tool for me. But for now, I can't use it to manage multiple accounts effectively

Maaaan i almost dident buy this because of bad reviews. So far, this tool is quite amazing. I got my own agency and manage my clients GMB's. This tools is perfect for that. I use GHL mainly to post content etc, but this tool is amazing to generate monthly reports on local SEO whitelabeled

I am a heavy user of AppSumo, but I don’t write reviews often. The fact that I am writing this review means I am highly satisfied with this AppSumo deal.

I purchased Tier 5 without hesitation, trusting AppSumo’s refund policy. The activation process was seamless—I had no issues linking my Google account or connecting multiple business profiles for testing. Everything worked flawlessly, and I encountered no errors during the setup.

One of the standout features for me was the Grid Rank Tracking, which provided faster tracking results compared to competing tools. I tested it with just one keyword, and the speed was truly impressive.

That said, I do see some room for improvement (or perhaps I just haven’t found these features yet):

Auto-Reply to Customer Reviews – The existing feature that allows manual review and one-click responses is great. The responses are generic but usable. However, having an auto-reply toggle would be a fantastic addition.

Post Scheduling Feature – A scheduling function for posts would be incredibly useful for managing content in advance.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied so far and plan to explore more features, including the reporting functions. Looking forward to seeing how this tool evolves!
