Really easy to set up and use!
LouiseBot was incredibly easy to set up and use on my website. I especially liked having different options on different pages (ie video on one spot, text in another). And this sounds silly, but I really like how easy it is to click on and off. So many things, once they are put on my website, I'm stuck with them all the time and I can't take them down without a major undertaking or put them back up. We're changing some of the offerings in my program so we're having to do some updates on my website and also in the explanations given by LouiseBot. And I just took LouiseBot down for a few days with a simple click and then I'll put it back with a simple click. As a small business, that ease of use is just as important as how wonderfully it actually works the rest of the time!

Great Video Bot Application!
I know there are some concerns from several people for multiple things but again folks remember that alot of these companies are startups and have limited people and time to work on things. I can see the value just by having the ability to create multiple (unlimited Tier3) videos for the bots in which your customers can navigate while exploring your website, this is amazing! There may be other products out there that do similar things ( I haven't personally used any) but they also probably have some monthly subscription tied to their services. For my needs I definitely give them 5 out of 5 TACOS, great job!
