I'm trying to figure out what tier might be right for me. I'm not sure how quickly quota is used up on the various levels. I'm not a researcher or a student. I likely will be using this periodically to dissect and digest clinical medical studies as they are of importance to me. I would guess this will man lots of queries but infrequently. Any advice?
A: If the studies are usually <100 pages and you're only processing a few papers per month, Tier 2 sounds better for you. If the papers are longer or you'd like the flexibility of processing more than a few papers a month, Tier 3 sounds better! Tier 3 and Tier 4 may have exclusive Local only features -- but this is still to be decided. You can always start with a lower tier and upgrade to a...
Hello and thank you for bringing this very interesting product to Appsumo. If I understand correctly the only difference between tiers 2-4 is the number of pages for deep dive per month and rows for table AI per month, Prompt loop segments per month and the ability to share chats. Is this correct? Will there be any features added that separate these tiers furthers? For instance, is there anything on the roadmap where tier 4 gets something tier 2 doesn't? Could you elaborate a little more about how long this product has been launched and any details about your future? Many of us Sumolings have had products discontinue shortly after their run on Appsumo.
Thank you for your patience and time replying and I wish you all the best.
A: Hello -- we've been on AppSumo for 6+ months. There may be features on the Local side that are only available on the upper tiers. We're still building out Local Deep Dive and Local Tables. We'll make the decision on which tier it will be under when the features are ready for use.
Hi! I've been using Socrates for the past two months, and every day it amazes me even more. The way it consistently provides accurate information without hallucinating is truly impressive. Recently, I learned about the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system, and now I understand why Socrates excels so much. I wanted to ask—have you implemented RAG in the Socrates model when it performs searches using Deep Dive and Flow AI? Do you also use Agentic? Whatever you're doing to achieve this level of accuracy and reliability in responses is truly remarkable. Congratulations on a job well done! By the way, I purchased the Tier 4 license because I see the incredible potential in this model. Thank you!
A: Thanks for the question. Yes, Socrates uses a combination of RAG and other advanced techniques to give you the results you see. Flow AI is more agentic, and it will be expanded to more use cases in the coming months.
Q: Upgrade Feature
I, too, have a question about upgrading. My products page doesn't allow me the option to upgrade.
