WOW! Acumbamail is excellent! It's been difficult for me to find the ease and capabilities of Stripo's designer in an affordable all-in-one EMS. Purchased Acumbamail, re-created an old campaign that includes various graphics, image frame, mobile formatting, multiple columns of non equal sizes - I was able to replicate what I had with ease. Also includes so many features that you'd otherwise pay for in alternative EMS such as spam checker and email client view/checker. Very impressed.

Four taco's because 1. missing campaign archive (embed selected sent emails into my website), 2. can't hide rows from URL (Browser) view, 3. need to manually type sender email / name (dropdown for easy selection would be a start, or even better would be an auto selection based on the List selected)

The campaign archive is critcal for me personally so I'll need to decide whether to keep Acumbamail or not, but I can't help to believe Acumbamail has some of the best functionality I've seen in an affordable LTD.

I love how simplified they made sending out emails and all the features that exist on their platform! If you are planning to truly scale, definitely setup your marketing with Acumbamail! Everything totally needed for business in email marketing 👍👍

I was trying to use Acumbamail to replace AWeber and its annual fees. Unfortunately I am not going to be able to use this product to do that.
Using their difficult to follow instructions after a day I finally figured out how to create an opt-in form for my website page. Great! But when I pasted the HTML into my WordPress site the form was nowhere near what I had designed in the app.The words for the opt-in were not even the same.,
I asked for help and the first thing Acumbamail tech support did was send me a link to “How to” even though I thought I had explained the issue and what my needs were. Since they responded, I gave them step by step instructions to what my issues were. That was two days ago.
As a solopreneur I don’t have time for this. The apps I use need to be easy to use right out of the box. So, I am returning it right after I leave this review.
Since tech support did initially respond I am giving them a two-taco rating instead of a one-taco rating.

A Top-Tier Email Marketing Tool! I’ve tried almost every email marketing app out there, and Acumbamail easily ranks in my top three. I am using Acumbamail for my business's email and SMS marketing needs, and it's been a mostly positive experience. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage campaigns. Setting up email templates and launching campaigns is a breeze. It’s particularly handy for small and medium businesses with limited resources, but the need for effective outreach is substantial.

However, there have been a few bumps along the way. Once you've created a Design/Template, you cannot edit it, so if changes are needed, you are forced to duplicate that Design, which is counterproductive, to say the least. The A/B testing feature hasn't worked as expected, which has been frustrating when trying to optimize my campaigns. Additionally, I've noticed some issues with deliverability, with most messages being flagged as spam - even by low-security email accounts. I hope it will be addressed in future updates since reaching my audience reliably is crucial.

The white-label option is a great concept, but there's room for improvement. It would be fantastic if sub-accounts could create their own surveys and landing pages, and the system allowed for custom domain names, like "YourMkt.agencydomain.com" instead of "AgencyName.emlsend.com". Despite these challenges, Acumbamail offers much functionality at a reasonable price. I’m optimistic that with ongoing improvements, it will become even better.
