I stumbled upon a software that performed a similar task but at a price point that was beyond my budget. So, I conducted a search for similar functionality on AppSumo using its AI search engine and was directed to BizReply. I was immediately intrigued. It offered me way more channels than the software I had stumbled upon earlier !!

I thoroughly explored the software’s functionality and discovered that it offered exceptional value for investment.

However, I had already experienced the disappointment of many AppSumo deals going down and sustainability is a concern for me, and a similar software focused solely on Quora has unfortunately ceased to exist. Nevertheless, BizReply’s credits model for mentions suggests potential long-term sustainability. This model aligns better with my long-term sustainability requirements from a software, as I don’t have to pay an exorbitant amount to contribute to the software’s development and only pay for the credits I require without a monthly commitment. And yet, they keep earning some revenue enhancing their sustainability.

During my testing of BizReply, I was thoroughly impressed with its performance. Most of the posts it retrieved in my initial attempt were highly relevant to my needs. The only challenge I encountered was the absence of a comprehensive knowledge base and help guides to help me understand the platform effectively. In my humble opinion, creating a helpful knowledge base and support guides shouldn’t be overly complex, and developers should consider this aspect. Despite this, I found the support responsive and prompt enough to resolve all my issues.

- Mentions cannot be filtered by newest, last week, or same day; everything is mixed up, which I really dislike about this tool. For example, why show me mentions from 2-3 months ago? I don’t want to see that since it’s no longer relevant to reply to.
- Credits are low, and there are one-time limits that do not renew once you run out. This means you have to pay again to use the tool when you exhaust your credits, which doesn't really make it a lifetime deal.
- Their tool and the price you pay do not even include an AI; you have to connect your own for generating replies.
-No ability to research social keywords, volumes or trends

Update: I initially gave this tool a 2 taco review, but I am now changing it to a 1 taco. Why? I just logged into Bizreply and discovered that they illegally downgraded me and removed my license, likely due to my 2 star review. I was willing to keep this tool after my initial feedback, but their actions are not only illegal but also unacceptable, especially since I did not request a refund. It seems they cannot handle criticism and resort to banning and removing licenses when feedback is given on areas for improvement. It's fine, though; I will hit the refund button after this experience and the illegal tactics they have employed. I no longer have any interest in keeping this tool and dont trust this company.

I've been playing around with the free trial for the tool since a week & just bought Bizreply on AppSumo. I'm kicking myself for not finding it sooner. My tiny niche business finally has a way to find relevant conversations without the endless manual searching. Absolutely Worth what I paid.

I picked this app up, then completely forgot about. I went through my product list on AppSumo to make sure nothing was expiring or passing the refund window.

I saw BizReply in my list of forgotten purchases-- 'Whats this? Why did I buy it? Is it an AI chatbot?-- You have like four of those'--- whatever state I was in when I made that purchase, I'm glad I did.

Think google alerts, but with up-to-the-minute updates. There was a similar product here that I liked quite a bit (I won't name apps), but their limitations are really highlighted when compared to BizReply. We get more instances of mentions, and across more platforms. It's easy to use, and you can pick your most relevant keywords and names.

After a streak of not-so-worthy apps on AppSumo, one like BizReply comes around and gives you a little more hope for the platform.

Stop wasting money on Zoho Social, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc. This is the best alternative and the deal on AppSumo is off the charts. I also love the amazing and responsive support inside the tool's platform to address all my concerns in a timely fashion. Thanks so much to your team. You guys rock and have an awesome tool!!!
