- Only one thing one noted at this time - while the platform has met our needs effectively, it could use a notification feature. Right now we find ourselves having to check frequently to see if we have any new interview submissions. This is a little inefficient.

I feel that Xhire has a great amount of potential it has an intuitive UI, some great features and seems to be really clean in terms of user experience on both ends.

I have over 12 years experience working within recruitment and have used a great deal of products so I would say it has the basis to be really strong moving forward the improvements I would suggest would be around giving a greater deal of context through introductory videos and landing pages around the opportunity but if this is used in line with career sites and other marketing collateral for the vacancy then it is a great option.
