Q: Could the translations be changed in French?

Hey,
Great product, but not really usable for clients as there are some translations that don't work in French..
Can we overwrite the default static text to correct the errors?

Q: Active requests vs. a queue of requests

I'd like to limit customers to the number of active requests they can have open depending on their purchased monthly package. Additional tasks they request would go into a queue that they could reorder. Is that possible?

A: Not right now. Clients can request tasks and you can approve. We have plans of adding productized service as an option where we will control the request counts

Hi

Does Agency Handy allow for something like this:

I mean that for each client I can set reminders e.g. regarding an upcoming payment, a phone call that needs to be made for a client e.g. in a week and other similar things?
