Agency Handy is a fantastic tool that has everything an agency needs for efficient operations. From its user-friendly interface to its powerful features, it truly covers all essential aspects.

There are a few minor improvements needed, particularly regarding tax inclusion, which is not fully integrated yet. However, the team is aware of this and actively working on fixing it as quickly as possible.

Despite this, Agency Handy remains an absolute must-have! The features, usability, and support make it a valuable investment. Highly recommended!

Freelancing has been such a draining but rewarding experience and AgencyHandy has streamlined all of the most inefficient parts of my workflow!
- No more emailing links and project notes back and forth (to clients and VAs).
- No more spending 30 mins to write custom project proposals.
- Clients now know exactly where their project stands and where all their assets are.

Can't believe I have this for life AND I can share my extra workspaces with my husband (T3). It's completely separately branded with its own Stripe payment and custom domain. I even have extra workspaces left that I could literally rent out to others.. May upgrade to T4 in that case!

Still with the extra space, worth every penny! and guaranteed to make my business more money by:
1. having a professional showcase of my services to past clients, making them want to add more services
and 2. allowing me to manage VAs more seamlessly to scale up with minimal headache

One tiny note: would LOVE to be able to add a short video or gif to my service thumbnail instead of only a photo. Or embed a video link in the service description area.

This is a very well-designed and user-friendly crm great for managing clients online! Everything feels smooth and well-integrated...I really like the clean, modern UI .. I think it is one of the best I’ve seen—intuitive, well-structured..also fun to navigate. I had a few questions after I purchase because I tested it right away, and the support team was responsive and helpful. One feature I learned that’s really useful is that you can embed services into your own website, allowing clients to buy directly, and it automatically logs into the CRM—so I won't need complicated webhooks to piece things together. They have organized documentation which is a huge plus. I can see this being incredibly helpful for solopreneurs or anyone running an agency, it's very customizable. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this continues to improve my workflow!

Agency Handy has everything I need to run my web design agency and I will be moving over to it as I move forward with my business.

The platform works well and is well thought out and the services is a nice touch too. Being able to have everything easily accessible from the forms to the CRM is very useful.

The support is also incredibly quick to answer any responses, the response time was around 2 minutes in live chat and I think it was the early hours of the morning in Rashik's time zone.

I look forward to using Agency Handy to streamline my workflow and make me and my team more efficient.
