Hi there, YouTube has yet again updated TOS and apparently is blocking a feature to many other services that use a YOUTUBE URL for the purpose of working on the video. Taja uses YouTube URL, which makes things very easy to work on specific videos,
but if this is no longer possible due to YouTube TOS update, then what... ?
Thanks for the note. We do have alternatives that allow you to optimize a video using a direct upload file from your computer instead of a YouTube link which allows you to use Taja the same way. Let me know if you have any questions.
Can you downgrade or upgrade within 60 days after purchasing? I don't see that information here. I would like to test this out re: the number of videos I might need. Thanks.
As several others before, there seems to be no way for me to enter my 2 redemption codes on the website :( How could this be solved?
When I follow the instructions, I get taken to a checkout page with a pre-entered code from their current sale with no way of entering anything else.
Pretty frustrating... and since there have been others with the same question in the last days I don't really get, why you don't post a solution to this, instead "pls write an e-mail"... which I did, no answer yet.

Q: Can't apply codes?
I think I and some others (based on reading some comments here) are experiencing problems applying our codes. Your current promotion on the website is automatically applying a 40% off coupon code to the cart, giving us nowhere to enter the Appsumo code. I tried to find a way to remove that current promotional code, but I'm not seeing any way to do that.
