If you're using GTranslate in on-the-fly translation mode, please make sure to enable both "multi-language" and "on-fly translation" options in your GSpeech settings (Dashboard → Settings). This introduces a short delay before the player loads, giving GTranslate time to translate the content first.
Hi, 1) Can I use this application to convert Video script to Audio to use in my YouTube videos later? 2) Can I customize the Audio player (e.g. ability to hide buttons as download or audio language buttons)?
Converting video scripts to audio for use in YouTube videos will be part of our upcoming GSpeech Studio. It's a standalone product currently in development, but will be included for users on Tier 4 and above.
Yes, the audio player is fully customizable. You can choose from various themes and templates, as well as different player layouts. Every panel in the player can be configured, so...
Hi, Please clarify the differences between AI characters per month and non-AI characters per month. Additionally, what is the meaning of AI characters per month equal to zero for Tier 1?
Let me first explain the difference between AI and non-AI TTS models.
TTS (Text-to-Speech) technology converts written text into spoken audio.
Non-AI TTS: These models use pre-recorded voice samples and basic algorithms. The result may sound less natural, but it’s cost-effective and works well in cases where high-level voice quality isn’t critical.
So, I've purchased at least two other TTS apps from Appsumo, and got burned on both of them. Likely due to them offering the good voices, not the semi robotic ones. And they couldn't market their app after the Appsumo deal to get residual income.
So I checked out the Appsumo version of your site. At the top of the page there is a 50/50 split box, the left side with the player where you can change the voice for that. That one has a few realistic sounding voices. The right side has the drop down with the generate button. Those voices aren't very appealing. Which side, or both, is the selection available on this deal?
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience! I totally get your hesitation after being let down by other TTS apps on AppSumo — it’s smart to dig into the details before jumping in.
To answer your question: the voices included in this AppSumo deal are the ones listed in the dropdown menu on the right side of the TTS generator page (in desktop view) when you visit:
I appreciate the clarity. I may just take a stab at using Bind.Ai to assist in developing a WordPress plugin for doing speech for paragraphs of text. Certainly won't be anything near your quality. But I do have a thought, if possible to cut the costs on theOpenAI api hits. If I don't finish it fast enough I will have to take another look at GSpeech, still those voices on the right were uninspiring
Thank you for the suggestion! While we don’t currently have a native Ghost integration, you can absolutely connect GSpeech to any HTML-based website — including Ghost — using our connection code.

I use Gtranslate , what specific setting I should use to integrate with it?
For example, I enable Mutli-Lang.
Should I enable On-Fly Translation as well?
Or Setting--> Translation ,should I enable it?
And Voice Panel, should I enable it if I want to make sure Gspeech will generate correct language?
thanks,
Eric

Q: Any chance of Ghost intergration
Ghost is a very popular open source blogging software. Would be great to see an intergration.
